  • 15 minute introductory call

Seeking out therapy can can stir up a mix of feelings, especially if past experiences didn’t quite fit or left you feeling unseen. If therapy hasn’t felt right before, I invite you to reach out. Let’s have a conversation about what you’re looking for and how we can shape this space to support you. Flexibility is key, and I’m here to walk alongside you in a way that feels empowering and affirming.

The free 15-minute intro chat is a chance to connect, ask questions, and get a feel for how we might work together. It’s a relaxed, no-pressure space to explore what support could look like and whether the service feels like a good fit for you
