Session options

In‑person sessions — 50 minutes Held in a calm inner‑Melbourne space for individual adults. The environment can be adapted to different sensory needs, and you’re welcome to bring anything that supports comfort or regulation. (Service animals welcome; pets cannot be accommodated.)

Telehealth sessions — 50 minutes Sessions are held via the secure Coviu platform. You’ll receive a confirmation link after booking. You’re welcome to bring anything that helps you feel grounded, such as a warm drink or something to stim with.

Telephone sessions — 50 minutes For individual adults who prefer audio‑only support. I will call you at your appointment time from a private number. Feel free to have anything nearby that helps you feel comfortable and present.

Where sessions take place

In‑person sessions are held in Carlton at 165 and 167 Drummond Street — a quiet, accessible location close to Lygon Street and public transport.

Parking and access

  • Free 1‑hour parking on Drummond Street

  • 2‑hour paid parking in surrounding streets

  • Easy access via tram and bus

  • Clear signage and simple entry with no confusing corridors or waiting rooms

Fees

  • 50‑minute counselling session: $130 AUD

  • NDIS: Self‑managed participants welcome ($130)

  • Invoices provided upon request

My fees have been gently adjusted to reflect that no rebate is available, helping keep sessions as accessible as possible.

Exploring neurodivergence Autism, ADHD, and other forms of neurodivergence including pre‑ and post‑diagnosis support, recognising strengths, improving relationships and self‑esteem, reimagining identity, and building self‑understanding and self‑compassion.

Understanding your inner world Deepening insight into executive functioning, sensory preferences, identity, and shame, supporting you to create space for self‑acceptance and clarity.

Relationships and communication Building confidence in setting boundaries, expressing needs, and nurturing safer, more connected relationships.

Life changes and challenges Support through grief and loss, anger, communication difficulties, burnout, work challenges, job loss, or other significant life transitions.

Mental health support Gentle, grounded support for anxiety, depression, and emotional overwhelm.

Trauma‑informed care Processing traumatic experiences at a pace that feels safe for you, with a focus on choice, stability, and nervous‑system awareness.

Violence and abuse support Support around experiences of violence or abuse, centred on safety, autonomy, and trauma‑informed practice.

Alcohol and substance use Non‑judgmental, harm‑reduction‑based support for alcohol and substance use concerns.

Emotional wellbeing Practical strategies to support emotional regulation, self‑compassion, and day‑to‑day wellbeing.
