What happens next

1. You reach out or book a time You can book directly through the online system, or send a brief message if you’d prefer to connect first. You don’t need to prepare for the call, if my approach feels like a good fit thats a good start.

2. I reply within 48 business hours I’ll confirm your appointment or respond to your message with the next steps. If you’ve asked for an intro chat, I can call at a time you’ve suggested, or we can make a plan together.

3. You receive the details you need For booked sessions, I’ll send location or telehealth information, what to expect, and anything practical you might want to know.

Availability

I offer in‑person, telehealth, and phone appointments on:

  • Tuesday: 9:00am – 8:00pm

  • Friday: 10:00am – 4:00pm

  • Saturday: 10:00am – 4:00pm

Located at 165–167 Drummond Street, Carlton. Free 1‑hour parking on Drummond Street; 2‑hour paid parking nearby; easy tram access.

Book a session

Please note: I work exclusively with individual adults aged 21 and over.

Counselling sessions are 50 minutes and are charged at $130 AUD per session. This fee reflects the time, care, and professional expertise I bring to each session. NDIS clients are charged in accordance with the current NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits. As I am not registered I can work with self-managed and plan-manged NDIS participants only if one would like to use funding for their session.

Payment details will be provided at the time of booking, and invoices can be issued upon request. I offer in-person, telephone, and secure telehealth appointment, whatever feels most accessible and affirming for you.
